How can I buy from Industry Direct?

 

Customers can easily order with us by setting up an account or you can check out as a guest!

 


What is your return policy?

All returns must be authorized by obtaining a Return Request number from Industry Direct. To be accepted all returns must be shipped “freight prepaid” and all documents provided must reference an Return Request number. Items returned to Industry Direct within 30 days of the purchase date will be exempt from the restocking charges. After 30 days only annual returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in full package quantities and in re-saleable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any items requiring additional handling. Return requests can be sent to orders@industrydirect.ca

Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit are to be made with the carrier. Claims for shortages or other errors must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of goods.


What is your prepaid freight policy?

Individual shipments with a net invoice value of $99 or more will be shipped “freight prepaid” to one destination anywhere in Canada by a carrier of our choice. This excludes REX Equipment and Handwash Stations are excluded. 


What is your warranty policy?

All products are fully warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the time of purchase – Proof of purchase must be provided. A Return Request number must be obtained fromIndustry Direct prior to returning any warrantied items for credit and must be shipped “freight prepaid” to our  warehouse. Once the product is received, inspected and approved, credit will be issued for the product and the freight reimbursed for the warrantied items.
